Over the past few months our Customer Service has been hard at work decreasing wait times, improving customer relationships, and doing their best to give you the service you deserve.  We’ve had a number of new faces join our ranks (even a few in Australia!) and have seen our wait times drastically reduced.  Based on this progress, we’ve looked at our Call Center flow and determined that our U.S. location is most effective when operating between 6am and 7pm, MST, so we will be adjusting our hours of operations accordingly.
