I am a passionate, driven woman whose heart beats for health and wellness. When I discover something life-changing, I don’t hesitate, I leap in with unwavering conviction, fueled by a deep desire to inspire and uplift others. For decades, I lived under the heavy shadow of extreme stress & poor health. Over four decades of being on antidepressants left me feeling detached from my body, serious brain fog, and emotionally numb. The medication dulled my zest for life, drained my libido, and trapped me in a cycle of addiction. My body cried out in other ways too, endless digestive struggles, constipation, painful bloating, and relentless inflammation became my daily reality. Adding to my burden was a stress-triggered autoimmune condition that marked my skin with a raised dark red, ring-like rash all over my body, leaving me battling deep feelings of shame and emotional pain.
But my story didn’t end there. Four years ago, I decided to reclaim my life. Step by step, I began healing. Today, my health is better than it has ever been. As an energy healer, I find my greatest joy is connection, purpose, and service.
