Start use in the evening. Take one capsule on the 1st day. Take capsules with 250 to 500 ml of water. Take 2 capsules in the evening of the 2nd day. On the 3rd day, take 1 capsule in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening. On the 4th day, take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening.
This product must be self-regulated! Increase or decrease the dose by one capsule at a time until you have 3 to 4 bowel movements per day. Do not take more than 1 week.
CAUTION: Read and follow package directions carefully. This product contains Senna. Do not use when you are pregnant, breastfeeding or under 18 years old. See a health care provider before using the product if the user is taking medication or has a medical condition. Discontinue use and consult your health care provider if any adverse reaction occurs. Stop using the product if diarrhea, loose stools, or stomach pain develops. Do not use if tamper-evident seal is broken. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended servings. Consult a health care provider if you experience stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea. Consult a health care provider if you notice a sudden change in bowel habits that persists over 2 weeks. Stop use and ask a health care provider if you have rectal bleeding or have no bowel movement after use. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.
