In 2011, I was introduced by an acquaintance of mine to Complete Lifestyle Solution, a company formed by a group of dedicated and committed ladies, involved in educating and creating awareness in the community, that “Prevention is better than cure”. And because, I always have had a deep interest in good health and the belief that what we eat and drink is a major contributor to keep our body and mind in good or bad health, I became immediately interested and joined the group.
Today, 9 years later and at 69 years old, I must say since then, I have enjoyed a journey of good health, vitality and happiness, feeling healthy within and without.
But the one benefit that I truly value the most is my eyes health. I had been suffering from glaucoma since my late thirties and macular degeneration, conditions normally for ageing people.
