Are You Ready for the Wild, Wild West?

Sisel has reserved 50 coveted spots for the 2018 Mower Elite from around the world. Will you be one of the Mower’s Elite Leaders to come out to Utah and experience activities unlike anything you have ever had the opportunity to participate in! Enjoy the outdoors while horseback riding, ATV’s, fishing, trap shooting, obstacle course, mechanical bull, roping, archery tag (not real arrows), a giant slip n’ slide, team building, golfing, Timpanogos Cave National Monument, rodeo, training, and ending with Sisel Under the Stars that includes recognition, a BBQ and a live band playing on Tom Mower Sr’s back patio into the night! At the recognition we will honor the top distributors, including the Rising Stars, Aaron’s International Distributor of the Year, Tom Jr’s CEO’s Award, and Tom Sr’s Bull of the Woods Award.

Cost for the Event:

Mower Mountain 3 day event: $500 for adults, which includes lunches and dinners, as well as transportation to and from the airport, the hotel, and activities. (If you are not one of the 50 lucky winners, you are still welcome to attend Mower Mountain by paying the event fee of $500, as well as cover your lodging and travel to and from Springville, Utah). Many years ago, Mower Mountain started as one big family reunion, with distributors joining Tom and his family as they went on vacation. Sisel realizes that this may be your summer vacation, and we would like to give back a little as well. Children under the age of 18 may attend for just $200 with the purchase of an adult ticket. Because of their age, children may not be able to participate in all activities or may need to pay a small additional fee to participate in some activities such as golfing, Topgolf, Oklahoma! At the Sundance Theater, etc.

Hotel: $600 at the Marriott Hotel, Provo, Utah. 4 nights for the 50 Winners (if you are not one of the lucky winners, there are many lodging options in and around Springville, Utah that we will post on our site).

Transportation to and from Utah: Based on the timing of the event, all transportation must be paid by you and Sisel will reimburse a portion or all of the cost if you have earned enough points during the contest period. Reimbursement will be based on the following averages for coach fare prices: USA – $500USD, Japan – $1800USD, EU – $1400USD, Australia – $1600USD.

How Do I Get Started?

Qualification: Earn Mower Points The qualification period for Mower Mountain goes from March 1, 2018 through June 30, 2018. We wanted to give you a jumpstart on the contest and give you credit for any points that you have earned during the month of March.

Mower Points are awarded for specific activity in your business. The 50 people who earn the most points will be able to have their points converted into funds that can be applied towards Mower Mountain in a 1 point = $1USD ratio (please note that funds will be applied in the following order: Event Fee, then hotel, then travel costs). You may qualify for Mower Points in many ways, but the best part is that they all add together to help you earn a portion (or all) of the costs to attend the event. If you earn more Mower Points than what you need for the event and hotel costs, you may apply it towards your transportation to and from Utah! Distributors who earn points but are not among the top 50 may apply their points toward purchasing an event ticket.

In order to qualify for Mower Mountain, you will need to qualify with a minimum 100 PV in personal orders (no contribution from Preferred Customer orders) each month. You will not earn any Mower Points in months that you do not qualify. The baseline to measure all growth will be the status of your business ending on June 30, 2018. Points will be calculated once a week and posted to the Mower Mountain Leaderboard. You can find the Mower Mountain Leaderboard and check your progress at any time by going to the Sisel website and selecting the Mower Mountain menu, then Leaderboard, or by following this link. There are 2 ways to join us for Mower Mountain:

Reserve Your Spot: Sisel Distributors can reserve a spot simply by paying a non-refundable deposit of $200.00. Once you do so we will hold a spot for you, and all Mower Points you earn will be applied towards the event and hotel cost, and anything over those two costs may be applied to your transportation!

Earn Your Way: Sisel Distributors who are actively building their business can use their Mower Points to pay for a portion or all of the costs associated with the event!

Group Growth

Sponsoring and sharing Sisel with new people is the heart of our business. To reward you for your efforts, you will be awarded Mower Points for each personally enrolled new Distributor or Preferred Customer who qualifies with a 100 PV initial order or higher within the same calendar month that they enroll.

Retention

To really spur your growth, you need to work with your newly enrolled Distributors and Preferred Customers to keep them motivated. By simply doubling how long people stay active in your group, you can double your business. To reward you for your efforts to help train and motivate others, we will give you Mower Points each month for every Distributor or Preferred Customer you have personally enrolled who qualifies with a 100 PV order or higher after their first month.

Rank Advancement

If you are enrolling new people and working with them to help them grow their business, it won’t be long before you advance to the next rank. Mower Points will be awarded to each distributor each time they qualify at a higher rank for the first time. The higher your new rank, the more Mower Points you get.

Terms and Limitations

Mower Points are non-negotiable, non-refundable and non-transferrable, and cannot be used towards anything other than the 2018 Mower Mountain Event. Winners’ points will be applied first toward the Mower Mountain event, then toward reimbursement of standard lodging costs, and finally toward reimbursement of standard transportation costs. They cannot be used for any other purpose. Standard costs include a standard coach ticket for airfare, and a standard room at the hotel. The distributor will be responsible to cover the costs of any upgrades that they request, including but not limited to, hotel suites, room service, first class airfare, etc.

Example 1

Sara is really excited about Mower Mountain and all of the activities that have been planned. Looking over the rules, it all seems really simple, so Sara sets her goals and dives in.

Group Growth
The first thing that Sara focuses on is growing her business. She sets a goal to sponsor at least one person a week. It takes a couple of days to really get into the rhythm, but soon the momentum and the excitement starts to build. Her results are listed below:

Looking at the tables, we can see that Sara has already earned more than enough to pay for her event. Because of her work, she has also set herself up perfectly to receive the retention bonus.

Retention
In addition to getting Mower Points for the people she has sponsored, Sara also gets Mower Points for the people she keeps in her business. Knowing this, Sara makes sure to work with the people she has sponsored and gets them to place follow up orders. Her hard work pays off, as you can see below:

We can see that just by continuing to work with the new people that she has sponsored, Sara was able to earn an additional 595 points. At this point she has earned enough to pay for her ticket to the event, her hotel, and even towards the costs of her travel.

Rank Advancement
Because of all of the time and effort Sara has poured into her business, she has generated a lot of energy and her business continues to grow. In fact, because of the example that she has set, many of the people in her downline made the same commitment and saw the similar results. All of this activity led to Sara advancing from a 3 Star to 4 Star, which resulted in her earning an additional 200 Points toward Mower Mountain.

Example 2

Francis works really hard and earns 550 points, but is not one of the top 50 point earners. Since she has earned more than 500 points, Francis has earned her event ticket for Mower Mountain. Because she was not in the top fifty, her additional 50 points cannot be used for anything else.

Example3

Mark joins in May, faces a few challenges, but still earns 350 points. These points are applied towards Mark’s Mower Mountain event ticket, reducing the amount he needs to pay to just $150.
