Sisel’s Loyalty Rewards Program provides a wealth of options and never locks you into a certain product or promotion.  What’s more, as long as you keep hitting those Reward Tier requirements, you’ll keep getting Reward Coupons good for The A.G.E. Pill, Triangle of Life, and all our other great products. The way we see it? They’re your rewards, so use them however you want. Work hard, earn rewards, get free and discounted products. It’s that simple.

How it Works

Let’s break this down. As you personally purchase products and generate PV, you’ll get rewarded based on what tier you qualify for; 5%, 6%, or 8% rewards. To qualify for these tier rewards, you’ll need to generate at least 100PV per month, for 4 consecutive months. Upon completing your 4th month, you’ll receive a Rewards Coupon that can be used on any* purchase during the next 30 days. Here’s a quick look at how to unlock rewards for each tier:

  • 4 consecutive months at 100-199PV: 5% Rewards Coupon
  • 4 consecutive months at 200 – 299PV: 6% Rewards Coupon
  • 4 consecutive months at 300PV or more: 8% Rewards Coupon
    • It’s important to note that you will need to qualify for the same tier all four months to receive that tier’s reward.

Additionally, to qualify for a shipping reimbursement, Distributors need to generate 250PV+ per month over a 12-month period. Upon completion of your twelfth consecutive month, a reimbursement voucher will be deposited into your account.

This is all probably getting pretty heavy on the details, right? Let’s use a quick example to help explain how you qualify for rewards and how much you’ll receive.

John wants to qualify for the top tier Rewards Coupon. In 4 months, John purchases products worth 320PV, 300PV, 325PV, and 290PV, respectively.

Now, even though John qualified for 8% rewards for months 1-3, he didn’t break 300PV during his 4th month. This drops him to the next qualifying tier, which is 200 – 299PV, or 6% rewards. However, even though he didn’t hit top tier, John still gets rewarded for purchasing and consuming Sisel’s incredible products!

During those 4 months, John generated a total of 1235PV.  Since he qualified for the 6% Rewards tier, he’ll be receiving a nice $74.10 coupon he can use during the next 30 days.

And that’s it! As long as you’re generating 100PV+ per month, you will always receive a Rewards Coupon. If you generate more, you’ll get better rewards. Just remember: you need to achieve the same tier for 4 consecutive months in order to earn that reward. Otherwise you’ll be dropped to the next qualifying rewards tier.

Where to Find Your Rewards

Finding your rewards couldn’t be simpler! We put them in an intuitive and easy-to-find location so you can access your vouchers at any time.  Simply log into the Back Office, select Financial Tools from the top nav bar, click Commissions, and then Loyalty Rewards. When you’ve accessed your Rewards Screen, you’ll be able to see which vouchers you have available, which ones you’ve used, and how long you have left to use your current rewards before they expire.

Ready for the great news? We’ve been calculating all the PV you’ve been generating over the last year. Anyone that’s been with Sisel for 4 months or longer, and has personally generated 100PV or more each month is eligible for an initial batch of coupons! These coupons can be found in the Back Office and expire in 90 days. You can only use one per 30 days, so don’t sit on them! Get that product you’ve been wanting or knock down the cost of your next order. Whatever you decide to do, they’re your rewards so why don’t you treat yourself? You deserve it.

*Coupons can be used towards any Sisel products. Any remaining cost will need to be paid out of pocket. Please note, coupons cannot be used towards shipping and/or tax. Can only use one coupon per 30 days. Coupons expire after 30 days. No refunds, for any reason, on any Sisel order paid for in part or in full with Rewards Program coupons.

Q: Who is eligible for Loyalty Rewards?
A: Every Distributor that qualifies can receive Loyalty Rewards vouchers.

Q: How long do I have to use my voucher?
A: Upon receipt of your voucher, you will have 30 days to use it.

Q: How many vouchers can I use at once?
A: You can only use one voucher during any given month.

Q: Where can I find my vouchers?
A: When you log into the back office, click Financial Tools, the Commissions, and select Loyalty Rewards.

A: Vouchers do not cover tax or shipping.

Q: What counts towards my qualifying PV each month?
A: Any PV that you personally generate counts towards your total qualifying PV.

Q: How do I redeem a voucher?
A: During the checkout process, after you’ve entered your CC information you’ll receive the option to apply your voucher to the order.

Q: Can I return an item bought with a voucher?
A: Any item bought with a voucher, in part or full, is ineligible for refunds or exchanges. All sales made with vouchers are final.

Q: When does the Shipping Rewards qualification period begin for Australia?
A: AUS Distributors can begin working towards Shipping Rewards as of September 1st.

Q: How do I earn my Shipping Refund voucher?
A: Distributors that generate 250PV per month over a 12 month period will receive a shipping reimbursement voucher

    I was told by CS staff we would be paid Loyalty rewards in arrears if we kept our order balances up. I do not see credit in my account to reflect this.

    Jeff, re the money paid back at the end of the 12 months to pay for postage, will that be as Cash, or will it be a similar voucher as the loyalty one.
    If we use it to buy products will it count towards PV.?

    Sorry Jeff, another question. I will be thinking of more in my sleep!!!!! Will the PV of our preferred Customers be included in our necessary monthly 300PV, so long as we have our personal 50PV. My dad is a Preferred Customer and I have placed him 4 levels Down.

      Hey, Nerellie! Let’s get those questions answered for you. 🙂 First, you’ll need to call Customer Service about your vouchers. Explain the date they were created conflicts with when you received them, and the time you have to spend them. The start date should have been August, when the program went live. You can get a hold of them here: 801 704-6700, or you can send them an email at customrservice@sisel.net.

      As for the postage question, you will receive that in the form of a voucher. Unfortunately any product bought with a voucher won’t qualify for PV.

      And finally, yes! Any of your personally enrolled Preferred Customers’ purchases will count as PV. Hope that clears things up a bit. Please let me know if you have any other questions!

    Thankyou Jeff. One more, but probably the most important. To redeem the voucher, and order, must it be a separate order just for the product you are buying with the voucher.
    instead of adding to the bottom of my usual order! I just tried to order, and couldnt work out how to do it.

    Oh no, thought of another. How often will the loyalty vouchers be paid – once the first 4 months is up, will we be paid every month,, or every 4 months.

      The voucher can be applied to a single item or an entire order. But be aware that it won’t cover shipping or tax. And for how often you’ll be receiving them, you’ll see a new voucher in your account every 5th month, so long as you meet the qualifications the preceding 4 months. 🙂

    I just read somewhere that in relation to the Postage Payback – that the 250PV has to be on Autoship. Is that correct? If so, then how can the PV from my Preferred Customer count towards the 250 PV.

      Great question! That only applies for orders that you’ve personally placed that are 250PV +. The preferred customer orders don’t apply to the LRP program.

    Thank you in advance for answering this… does the 4 month qualifying period for Loyalty Rewards begin the first month you place a 100PV personal order, or is there 3 set 4 monthly periods, such as Jan-April, May-Aug, Sep-Dec, throughout the year for qualification?

    To qualify for the shipping rewards can I have a 50PV minimum AutoPurchase set up and as long as my total PV for the month is 250PV or more, will I still qualify?

    When do the shipping rewards start for Australia? I have been told by Australian Customer Service that they commenced on 1st September 2018 but there is nothing mentioned on the blog or in the FAQ’s for Australian Distributors specifically. No one wants to miss out if the qualification period began at the beginning of this month – please help!

    Thank you Jeff. I have two more questions for the Shipping Rewards for Australia please.
    1) Are the shipping rewards going to be a Product Voucher that is for the ENTIRE 12 months shipping costs incurred in each and every month? Or only part thereof?
    2) Does the Distributor need to be on Autoship to qualify for the Shipping Rewards? – The Sisel website blog only mentions a Distributor is required to qualify with 250PV per month (no mention of having to be on Autoship as a requirement).
    We want to ensure that everyone is completely familiar with the qualifications so that they can qualify. Thank you very much in advance!

And so long as the Distributor makes at least one 250PV order per month, over 12 months, they’ll be eligible for that Product Voucher. Hope that helps!
